LuckyDuck launches new stand-alone services
No need to be a website client to benefit!

LuckyDuck's web site clients, Linda Shevloff of the Iyengar Yoga Centre of Hong Kong and Bridgewater's Rosmarie Bradley of Helping Nature Heal, are helping us grow our services. Most recently, Linda called on us for her latest promotional campaign. We designed an e-newsletter, e-poster and hard copy poster, using elements from her web site for a cohesive look.

For Rosmarie, we designed a letterhead and rack card. The "racker," 4-inches by 9-inches, is printed on both sides and houses logo, photo, text and tag line . . . Restoring the Earth Restoring the Soul . . .

Interested in a similar campaign (with or without a web site)? Check us out at www.luckyduckwebdesign.com, give us a call at 902-766-4548 or send us an e-mail! We'd be pleased to get together for a no-obligation chat in person, on the phone or by e-mail!

If you know someone else who might benefit from these services, please forward them this newsletter by clicking on the bright blue link underneath this issue.

Charles Lantz Cabinetry
Look no further for amazing kitchens!
a fabulous kitchen
When it comes to kitchens, Charles Lantz is your man!

While working on his new web site, I photographed 11 different kitchens he designed, then built with his crew. In the next few weeks, I'll be visiting another two kitchens. What a treat! From the over-all impact to the tiniest detail, nothing is missed by this craftsman.

Please visit his new LuckyDuck web site - it's home to dozens of photos so you can see for yourself!

Lucky's photo corner: Roadside Lovelies
10 photos of wildflowers

I take our 13-year-old greyhound, Rory, out for a walk just about every day. Often, my camera comes along for the ride.

The 1.5 km section between home and beach is one of my favourite photo-ops. Not only the coastal vistas and amazing Nova Scotia skies catch me eye - so too do the "Roadside Lovelies."

Most often they live between the road and the ditch. Nature's wonders taking root and presenting the most wonderful images - ours for the asking - if we but notice.

Fun at sea!
In praise of boats
Lunenburg harbour

This month's additions to Lucky's growing links make note of:
  • Bridgewater's Hank Snow tribute
  • Lunenburg's Paint by Sea and Auction
  • Mahone Bay's Scarecrow Festival & Antique Fair
  • Nova Scotia's Musique Royale
The August edition of our website photo collection pays tribute to boats of all shapes and sizes from the elegant to the workhorse - even those that have seen better days!

Spread the word - Please!

We'd really appreciate it if you took up the invite! We won't save your recipients' e-addresses or anything else about them - and that's a promise!

. . . can you believe how the summer is flying by? . . . hope to see you in September!
