Colorado Theological Seminary Stimulus Package

The last couple of months have certainly raised some havoc with everyone's finances. The light in all of this has been that gasoline prices have dropped substantially. But we at CTS want to do our share to keep you motivated in your course work and take the edge off coming up with a full course tuition payment. So, we are creating a program that will hopefully help you stay on track with your studies.

The following incentive is designed for those students taking the programs that utilize the CTS materials, such as the A.Min, ABS, B.Min, BBS, D.Min, DBS and ThM and ThD degree plans. It will not include the programs that use the ITS materials such as the MDiv or MA in Church History degree programs. As well, it will not include the counseling programs that use the NCCA materials.

Normally, students pay their tuition by the course. At this juncture however, for those students who would find it beneficial, we are offering to send you your next course with a two step payment plan. You would pay 50% of the course in the month of November and 50% of the course in December. In this way, it may make it easier for you to procure your next course and keep your momentum going rather than hesitating to come up with the tuition funds and slow your progress.

Each of your monthly payments would look like this:

Undergraduate Programs $97.50

Master's Level $112.50

Doctoral Level $127.50

For those students using their miliary discount:

Undergraduate Programs $88.50

Master's Level $102.00

Doctoral Level $115.50

This program will start as of 8 November 2008 and will end 31 December 2008. I pray that this incentive will be a blessing for many of you.

Enrolled Students - Time to Get Back on Track?

There are no penalties. We understand that life has a way of keeping you busy. You owe it to yourself to finish your degree.

Online Bookstore

Please visit our new online bookstore. This is a very robust application, the intention of which is to support our student population. Recommended books are aligned by degree program and course. However, alumni and friends of Colorado Theological Seminary are encouraged to use our "ship to your door" Amazon.com associated bookstore. You can buy new and used books and resell them back if desired. Magazines and software are available as well. In many instances shipping is free and there is generally no taxation.

Additionally, when you are in the bookstore, you can click on the "powered by amazon.com" logo in the upper right hand corner and you can enter amazon.com and purchase anything you wish. The seminary will benefit slightly from your purchase.

Prospective Students - Application Discount

Save on Application fee for November and December

I know that the economy is playing havoc with your funds right now. In order to lighten your burden and give you the opportunity to apply to CTS, we are going to reduce the Application fee cost from $100 to $50 for the rest of the month of November and December for new enrollments. We look forward to receiving your application and enrolling you in the degree program that He has placed in your heart.

Many schools will charge a low application fee and then charge other fees once accepted such as an acceptance fee and matriculation fee. CTS will not do that.
