The amazing and powerful year of 2012 has begun! This is going to be a tremendous year of transformation and empowerment for humanity. We have both energetic and practical opportunity in this year to truly shift the way that we live together as conscious cells of humanity within this great organism of Gaia.

On an energetic level we are receiving more light than ever before. In part this is due to the continued weakening of the Earth's magnetic field, combined with an increase in solar activity. This very real and very physical increase of electromagnetic information bombarding the planet allows us to grow in ways we have never been able to conceive of before. Light particles carry information. Science tells us that every sub-atomic photon particle is capable of carrying up to 3 GB of information. Imagine the power, then, of a daily practice of standing enfolded in the rays of the sun for five or ten minutes, as you absorb this cosmic energy and vast knowledge directly into your genetic antennae. Sun resonance can be a powerful tool to help access and integrate the ever-increasing energy/information with which we are now flooded.

In addition, our planet is moving into alignment with Galactic center, with the culmination of that alignment occurring on December 21st. A sense of inclusion, unity, galactic consciousness, and dawning clarity and illumination have been growing steadily, as evidenced by the tremendous social and political shifts that have occurred on the planet over the past year. These shifts will continue to strengthen and deepen as increasing energy reaches us from galactic center. This marks the beginning of a new cycle of light, awareness, and evolution that will continue to grow and strengthen far beyond our lifetime. It is a new beginning for humanity and for this organism we inhabit.

The body of this spaceship-- this great organism of Gaia-- is also receiving this energy and processing it. The crystals and stones within the skin of her crust are carrying increasing amounts of energy; oscillating with the higher amplitudes of energy that are now available, and becoming louder in their individual vibrations. Connecting with the Earth through conscious meditation with the mineral kingdom is more important now than it has ever been. Conscious interaction and relationship building with the mineral kingdom is necessary now. Simply wearing stones or having them in your environment is not enough to create this conscious relationship. If you are called to access the energy of stones at this time, recognize that building a relationship with your stones is the same as building a relationship with another person. It requires time, attention, compassion and commitment. Those Light workers who are called to this work will become bridges for communication between the larger organism and the cells of humanity.

Change is an inherent part in this process of shift we are all undergoing. We cannot on the one hand say we want change, and on the other hand be terrified of it or in resistance to it. We see this change manifesting all around us as the old systems are cleansed and new systems must be conceived of from the information and light we are now receiving. This process of building the new requires cooperative participation in both visioning and taking action. We will be asked to embrace change, surrender that which is no longer aligned, and joyfully conceive of new ways to be together in unity with one another and the Earth. Fear has no longer has a place in the process.

Remember that whatever forms you create are filled with the energy you are holding when creating them. We can embrace Love, create from Love, and manifest new systems that vibrate with Love; or we can be in fear, create from fear, and perpetuate the old cycle. It is not only up to us collectively, but each of us individually, to put out hearts into the shift.
