Gresset vokser og så gjør vi! I hvert fall litt...

Vi forandres fra et spesialisert Power Plate studio til et studio med flere forskjellige produkter innen Funksjonell Trening.  

Vi vil ha Power Plates, Power Bikes, Fit Walking , Functional Zone, Iron Wear, Kettle Bells, Aqua Bags & Balls, GYM STICK  og mye annet morsomt utstyr. Til høsten kommer en egen PT Zone.  

Vi vil allerede nå tilby et unikt utendørs produkt 3G STEPPER BIKE!

Du kan selvfølgelig booke alle produkter Online på hjemmesiden eller direkte i FACEBOOK, så du ikke sløser bort tid på venting når du trener!

Velkommen til ny adresse i Nils Juels gate 38. Rett ved krysset Nils Juels gate / Frognerveien (100 meter fra dagens studio) fra fredag 3 juni. 

Power Place - Opplev Forskjellen!

The grass is growing and so do we! At least a little... 

We transform from a spesialized Power Plate studio to a Functional Exercise studio with multiple products. 

We will offer Power Plates, Power Bikes, Fit Walking , Functional Zone, Iron Wear, Kettle Bells, Aqua Bags & Balls, GYM STICK  and some more fun equipment. Later this year we open a PT Zone.  

We will, already now at reopening, introduce a unique outdoor product the  3G STEPPER BIKE!

We will continue, the success, with our core values "SIMPLE, FLEXIBLE, FAST, & EFFECTIVE" as a part of all our concepts.   

You can of course book all our products Online on the website or directly on FACEBOOK. We don´t want you to waste time on waiting when you are supposed to be exercising.

Opening hours, NEWS!

• Tuesday & Thursday the first session start 08.20
• Saturday open 1 hour longer, to 15.00
• Monday - Thursday last session start at 19.40
• Fridays closed from 19.00.  
• PS! some sessions are moved 10 minutes back or forth

We thank you for all the positive feedback we received during the 2 years stay at Frognerveien 9. It gives us the inspiration and motivation to continue  to deliver quality products in the future.
