December is just around the corner and so is Christmas. Remember the original idea with Christmas and stress down instead for up.
You don't have to reach everything and there is a life after the holidays.
The only thing you have to prioritize is your health! You do that best by training on a regular basis. See you all in the studio in pre-Christmas time.
