Functionality in focus - part 1
Power Place have a Functional Training System (FTS) based on basic Power Plate exercises and other exercises taken from different exercise forms & sports. We blend the exercises to different programs. The programs are divided in groups and the basic groups are:
* Power Start - general programs for new users * Power Burn - burn fat and tone your body * Power Sculpt - improve muscular strength * Power Flex - increase mobility, flexibility and speed up recovery * Power Core - focus on balance and coordination, developing the core muscles * Power Fitness - move, jump, push and pull with more intensity and endurance * Power Recovery - focus on massage and active rest.
There are many different programs in each program group. Your Power Place instructor will guide you and recommend the right program for your need. Remember the importance of variation! The more you alternate different programs the more allround and functional you will become. Have a good workout at Power Place!
