Meeting Place at Power Place - Great Vibes the 7th of May from 19-21.
This is a social forum in a casual frame. Some cool music, something to drink and a snack. It is mostly a gathering to meet other users and discuss training, share tips and other things. But we will have some small (5 minutes) presentations as well.

- Vegard will talk about the function & effect of acceleration training.
- Per will explain the Power Place functional training system
- Franco will talk about some Power Plate training routines
- Per will explain the Power Place program structure (screen programs)
- Per will talk about outdoor activities you can try.
