Hi the sun came today!
Some of us love the winter and some cant wait until its over.
Most people agree to that different seasons is a blessing though.
March, the first glimpse of the sun, a little warmer, a little more life!
After a new year rush we now see who are dedicated in their lifelong training mission and who are still believing that health is just a on and of activity.
Now its up to prove! Health follows you all life, so do training, so keep it going!

Name info:
We are preparing for international growth and will use a new name on upcoming studios.
The new name is Power Place. It is chosen to increase the attachment to the Power Plate machine and to make the concept applicable in different countries & markets.
The foundation is the Great Vibes concept and we will keep all the good sides of it also in the future.
The studio in Frognerveien / Oslo will soon be re-branded with the new name inside the studio and with a bundle Great Vibes - Power Place on the outside.
We are trilled for this development and look forward to new progress.
