American Boat Club of NH : Lakes Region NH Boat Club Love Boating but Hate the Hassle of Boat Ownership Laconia NH - Many people love boating, but do not consider it something they want to be burdened with all year round. Changing oil, winterizing, trailering, and all of the other "not so fun" parts of boat ownership make that precious time where you are actually on the water seem less worth it. Now, thanks to the American Boat Club of NH located at Akwa Marina in Laconia NH you don't have to worry about those things! For a great deal less money, you can have your boating fun and leave the rest to them!
The American Boat Club is a unique idea for Lake Winnipesaukee but it is not new to the overall boating community. The club is rather simple. By becoming a member you can enjoy newer boats as often as you please with none of the hassle.
"Using our web-based reservation system you simply reserve the boat and the time slots you would like. You can have four pre-reserved slots at any one time as soon as you use one another becomes available. You can also call, or walk in in case of a cancellation," explains Kurt Mailloux of the American Boat Club of NH. "When you arrive we will have your boat fully fueled, cleaned and ready to go. Absolutely No Hassle."
"At the end of your time slot, simply fuel the boat up, cruise back to Akwa Marina and we will take it from there. No Cleaning. No maintenance, just the fun part of boating."
The fleet of boats will always be growing and changing to fit the needs of the members. The current fleet for the start of the 2011 season include the 240 Sea Ray Sundancer; 210 Sea Ray Select; 22 Berkshire Pontoon; AlumiCraft Navigator with more to come...
Right now the American Boat Club of NH is running a spring special where they will waive the $4000 one-time sign-up fee to become a member when you pay your annual membership dues of $3600 (monthly options are also available).
