VOLUNTEERS WANTED

Become a Granite State Ambassador!

Do you love helping people? Do you love New Hampshire's Lakes Region? Are you interested in helping our area travelers? Become an award winning "Granite State Ambassador" and volunteer at the Lakes Region Association's Alton Bay Information Center and the new Tilton Information Center.

Training for the Greater Lakes Region area is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, June 14th & 15th at the Common Man Inn & Spa, Plymouth NH. The Granite State Ambassadors (GSA) training program provides 14 hours of learning activities that reinforce the tools needed to meet and exceed the expectations of guests and residents to the state of New Hampshire.

"GSA" training certifies you to volunteer at the Lakes Region Association's visitor information centers as well as many other front-line welcome centers around the state. Industry professionals, college and post-graduate students interested in enhancing their resumes and industry standings, are invited to become certified GSAs. We also invite people interested in volunteering from home (or their office) for our new @askNH Virtual Visitor Center on Twitter to become Certified GSAs. You will learn more about the Lakes Region and New Hampshire, how to greet and assist visitors, meet new people, promote events and attractions, as well as be eligible for free tours and incentives.

For more information and to register visit www.nhgsa.com or contact Judi Window, GSA Managing Director at 603-621-0638. Tell a friend, train together and double the fun of becoming a GSA! Class Registration closes on June 7th.
