Topic: What are the top small business issues facing the 2010 New Hampshire Legislature and
how will our state elected leaders resolve them?

9:30 a.m.           Taxing Distributions from LLCs: Closing a loophole or creating a cash cow for the state? This session will focus on New Hampshire's most controversial new tax, extension of the 5% interest and dividends tax to distributions from LLC's and partnerships.  How did this new tax come into being? Who will pay it? How much revenue will be raised?  Does this new tax "level the playing field" by closing a loophole or does it further chip away at the New Hampshire Advantage?
