Open House & Ribbon Cutting on Monday, September 21, 5-7pm
On Monday, September 21st Governor Lynch will join the Lakes Region Association (LRA) in celebrating the opening of the states newest key Visitor Information Center in Tilton NH. The open house will run from 5-7pm with the ribbon cutting ceremony to be held at 6pm.

"The Lakes Region Association has long been known as the region's largest marketing organization dedicated solely to marketing the entire Lakes Region and it's surrounding communities. LRA's aggressive marketing campaigns include a $75,000 national advertising campaign, international and domestic campaigns, trade missions & trainings to Europe and extensive web site content and promotions,"  said Executive Director Amy Landers. "We are very proud that this new visitor information center will serve as the official gateway to welcome guests to the Lakes from I-93 and would sincerely like to thank Franklin Savings Bank for their part in making this prime location available to our membership."

With this relocation from New Hampton to Tilton, the Lakes Region Association will be able to better represent their membership while increasing the number of visitors the association will be able to serve who are seeking tourism information while visiting the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

"The new center has also opened up many additional exposure opportunities for LRA members including increased brochure space, member retail sales, a flat screen digital display panel and display boxes," said Kim Sperry, Publications Manager. "We encourage everyone to please stop in, look through the center and have some refreshments with Governor Lynch, your friends and colleagues."

The Tilton Visitor Information Center is located at Exit 20 in the Franklin Savings Bank building just behind the Tilt'n Diner. RSVP to ksperry@lakesregion.org (603) 286-8008.
