NEW LAKES REGION COOKING SHOW AIRES ON LAKES REGION PUBLIC ACCESS TV
   -- A new collaboration between Lakes Region Association member restaurants and Lakes Region Community College's Hospitality Program

Tilton NH - The Lakes Association in conjunction with the Lakes Region Community College (LRCC) Hospitality Program and Lakes Region Public Access (LRPA)-TV kicked off it's new Lakes Region Cooking Show recently.  The 30-minute show will be filmed at different restaurant locations providing a unique learning experience and networking opportunities for hospitality students and providing the community with a taste of the wonderful restaurants and menus in the area.

Great New Hampshire Restaurants: T-Bones Great American Eatery & CJ's Great West Grill kicked off the new cooking show by hosting LRCC hospitality students and LRCC Program Coordinator Patrick Hall at their Laconia location on Route 107, Union Ave on Paugus Bay of Lake Winnipesaukee.  Providing instruction to the LRCC Hospitality Students was Chef Nicole Barreira, Special Events Chef for Great New Hampshire Restaurants.  The students and LRPA TV audiences were treated to learning the secrets of making T-Bones & Cactus Jack's signature dishes including Seafood Gumbo and grilling Andouille Sausage that was purchased from a local NH smokehouse, North Country Smokehouse.

Each Lakes Region Cooking Show will be aired on a variety of dates and times for up to two weeks on Metrocast, cable channel 25. Lakes Region Public Access represents ten communities and reaches over 32,000 households.
