The tournament is here! Are you ready for the Pros to tee off at the 2011 Principal Charity Classic? You can enjoy watching Tom Lehman, Bernhard Langer, Nick Price, Jay Haas, Mark O'Meara, Fuzzy Zoeller and more. See our full commitment list on our website. Please continue reading for your final volunteer details!

 

Are you ready to volunteer?
Please make sure you have your volunteer uniform, credentials and have checked your latest volunteer schedule so you are prepared for next week! If you are no longer able to volunteer or will miss your volunteer shift, please let your volunteer chairperson know so they can fill your shift. 

 

Volunteer Headquarters
Volunteer Headquarters is located on the tennis courts, near Hole #6 and Hole #1. Please use shuttle stop F to reach Volunteer Headquarters. Here you can enjoy snacks and drinks, as well as lunch. Lunch is served from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, by Buffalo Wild Wings, Mimi's Cafe, Fareway, BRAVO! Cucina Italiana, Palmer's Deli, Gino's and Subway. Please thank them for their support of the Principal Charity Classic!

Volunteer Shuttles

Please plan to arrive about 20-30 minutes prior to your shift to park at DMACC West Campus and board the volunteer shuttle. The volunteer shuttle will run as follows:

 

Tuesday from 6:45 AM-6:00 PM

Wednesday from 5:15 AM-8:00 PM

Thursday from 5:15 AM-8:00 PM

Friday from 6:15 AM-9:00 PM

Saturday from 6:15 AM-6:15 PM

Sunday from 6:15 AM-6:15 PM

Check Your Schedule

Please make sure to check the latest version of your committee's schedule to make sure you arrive for your designated shifts. If you are unsure of your schedule, please contact your committee chairperson to make sure you are ready for next week.

 

Please be on time for your shift. Remember other volunteers have arranged their schedule to volunteer and appreciate your punctuality.

 

 

Volunteer Party RSVP
The 2011 Volunteer Appreciation Party will be held Friday, June 3rd following play (about 5 PM) behind the clubhouse. BRAVO! Cucina Italiana will be catering the event; soda, water and beer will be provided. Enjoy the concert by The Envy Corp.
