Volunteer Positions Still Available!
We still have volunteer positions available. Please encourage your friends and family members to sign-up today! Committees include: Volunteer Check-In & Shuttles, Communications, Admissions, and many more!
You should have recieved your Committee Assignments by now. If you have not received your assignment please contact Michelle at 515-279-4653.
Work Schedules
Your Committee Chair(s) will be working on your tournament work schedule. Volunteers are asked to work 3-5 shifts over the course of tournament week. Please keep in mind that not all committees work everyday. If you are unable to meet the shift requirements on your assigned committee please let your Committee Chair know and they will help get you reassigned. Also, your availability on the Championship days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) is greatly needed and appreciated!
Uniform Distribution
Volunteer Uniform Distribution will be held Sunday, May 16th and Monday, May 17th. Please see your e-mail or our website to see when your committee is scheduled. Please contact Michelle with any conflicts or if you are unable to attend. |
