I received some happy news this week - I was selected as the 2010 Women in Business Champion of the year! I feel a little guilty about getting an award for work that I find both meaningful and a pleasure. How neurotic is that? 
 
Okay, I admit that I let myself swell up with a little pride. That was a fleeting moment, because just as I did, my ninety pound dog tracked giant mud clods he acquired from a romp in the rain all over my clean kitchen floor. Leave it to our pets and our children to keep us humble!
