Royal Mail prices for stamps go up again on the 6th April 2009.
A first class stamp becomes 39p and a second class stamp becomes 30p.
If you are going to continue to use stamps now is the time to buy some. Stamps printed with either the 1st or 2nd class logo will continue to be honored saving you money before the price rises.
If your doing slightly large volumes consider a franking machine or if you are doing over £10 of post per day an account with royal mail - they offer a prepay account which works like a pay as you go phone - you pay and then you can post - and you then save money - 25p for second class - that's 5p an item or 36p for first class!
