Homes of Life in Central America

February 7, 2011

From Tim, Dena and Maria

Dear Friends and Family,

We officially finished our Sabbatical and we are back home in Costa Rica as of Friday, February 4th.

PTL we made it safely back to our home at Hogar de Vida Costa Rica. We had a great welcome from all the staff and children who greeted us at the front gate with open arms, warm hugs and big smiles. :) We are very blessed.

It is bittersweet in that we really feel the hole that only Ben and Josh have filled for the last 19 years.  They are doing well and even got in to the work program at PCC Pensacola.  We are already making plans to get them to come and see us in May!!

Guatemala wants to see us ASAP and Maria needs to get registered and to class next week.  We need to look for tickets to Guatemala to fly in a couple of weeks! We also found out from a Christian Lawyer the best way to go about getting Maria US Citizenship and we need to start from this end.  We got on a wrong path last year with trying to go for a green card.  Now in 2011 we are on the right path.  Cost us a little but we are learning and pressing on.

Pray for Mike & Julie Anderson who are arriving February 26th and will be helping us get ready for our 1st team that is coming to start building a much needed secure maintenance building here at the mission.  That team arrives March 3rd!!!  Thanks for your prayers for the Andersons and the 1st team for 2011!!

We are praying for the Kingdom of God to grow and expand and we keep following His divine leading.

There will be more to come!

Thanks so much for your prayers, support and love,

Tim, Dena and Maria Stromstad
