Oh what a night, June 8 2012....what a very special time for me, oh what a night!!! As Chairman of the Board and event chair for Aiken's Cookin' with Celebrity Chefs (my 9th year) I obviously want our annual fund raising event to be not only successful but very special as well. We took a chance this year with our move to the beautiful Willcox. I have to admit, I was very anxious about how the evening would unfold.... the fear of the unknown. What a waste of time THAT was! This year's event was our BEST YEAR YET! Everyone LOVED the new venue, the chefs continue to amaze the crowd in terms of both food and themes, AND, we made the most money to date for funding our beneficial programs. Thank you to all who participated, attended, and supported MHA on our special night. The Willcox has graciously invited us back for next year so we'll see you there, same time (June 14th), same place!
