TriNet's Annual Satisfaction Survey Coming Next Week

Next week, TriNet will be asking its customers to participate in a 5 minute survey designed to let us know what you think.

As a result of last year's findings, TriNet has enhanced several key areas of its operations.  One of the most visible of these changes is our recently released "Customer Portal" which gives you real time, 24-hour access to vital information about orders, invoices and product delivery.

"We take our commitment to our customers very seriously," says Sean Fernandez, VP of Operations.  "Our goal is to continually delight them with increased levels of service and performance.  This survey is a key tool in helping us to do that."

Please take 5 minutes to open and respond to our survey arriving in your emailbox next week.  Thank you!

Pay Phone
They were a part of our lives growing up, a welcome site when help was needed, a tie to home when we were traveling.  Parents reminded us to have change in our pocket should we need to use one. But now the pay phone is rapidly becoming an icon of a by-gone era.  Read more here
