New Product - Variable Optical Attenuator 

VOA6-f

The NOYES VOA6-SM from AFL is a hand-held variable optical attenuator suited for a wide range of single-mode fiber link certification and production test applications. The VOA6 attenuator offers high bi-directional return loss and will maintain the set attenuation level when the unit is powered down.

Designed for fiber-to-the-home applications, the FOSC 450A from TE Connectivity combines the features and benefits of the larger FOSC 450 closure into a smaller, more efficient footprint FTTH requires.

 

Measuring just 8 inches diameter by 19 inches long, and with a capacity of 96 single splices, the 450 A is designed for use in any outside plant environment (direct buried, below grade, above grade, and aerial) and numerous splice applications (expressed, tap-off, branch and repair).
