It's hard to believe that there are less than two months left in 2010!   That being said, there is still plenty to be done before popping the corks on 2011!

Outlined below are just a couple of highlights of the past 30 days, and some of the items that will be unfolding before year's end.  Please take a few moments to read through this newsletter. 

It is our intent to make this Sales Team Newsletter a regular communication throughout 2011.  Please don't hesitate to offer suggestions on adidtional information you would like to see included.  The goal is to enhance your sales efforts by providing you with timely and pertinent information.
We plan a similar newsletter to go out to customers in the very near future.  Please read more about that below.

Trade Shows are a Rousing Success

Thanks to the efforts of our entire team, TriNet Communications premiered its "new look" to thousands of attendees at the recent trade shows.  Both OSP Expo in San Antonio, and CableTech Expo in New Orleans saw plenty of traffic through our booth.  Enhancing our presence was the participation of many of our key OEM partners including TYCO, AFL, 3M, Tempo-Greenlee, Technetix, All Systems Broadband, and others. 

Leads obtained through the scanning system in the booth have been forwarded to each of the Regional Sales Managers for follow-up contact.  Additionally, these contacts have been added to our database to receive regular updates about TriNet news and products.

TriNet ePortal Soon to "Go Live!"

 Will allow customers access to critical info

ePortal
Our Operations Team has been hard at work to get the new ePortal ready for your customers to use.  In its initial release, the ePortal will allow qualified customers to obtain a password to view their order and invoice information in real time.

Drawing its data directly from MAS-500, the system will initially provide information such as orders placed, promised ship dates, ship date, invoices issued, any items on backorder, and payment terms.  Enhancements already being worked on will include tracking number information, and customer item number (e.g. CIFA number for Comcast).

Through the end of the year, Tempo-Greenlee products are on our promotions program.  This means that not only will every sale of these products help to retire quota, it will also earn you valuable points that can be used for something special on that shopping list!  

Now is the time to grab a share of our customer's year end dollars by getting them to purchase some quality tools and test equipment from Tempo-Greenlee! 

Customer Newsletter

 Fourth Quarter Edition will be our First

  

In an effort to enhance communications with our customer base and, more importantly to "prime the pump" for your sales efforts, we will begin a regular newsletter to all customers.  The e-newsletter will provide features on products, OEM partners, new services, etc.  Your ideas on items to include in this newsletter are encouraged.

To ensure as wide of coverage as possible, please provide Greg with a spreadhseet of your customer contacts along with their email addresses by November 22nd.  Contact him if you need help in getting names and email addresses into usable format, he is here to help!

We plan on sending out somewhere a minimum of  6 to 8 issues annually.
