GALVESTON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Promoting and Advocating for Business since 1845

Volume 2, Issue 12

April 4, 2011

Dear Chamber Member,

Do you have employees or co-workers under the age of 40?  Are YOU under the age of 40?  Have you heard about the C-Crewe?

The Galveston Chamber of Commerce C-Crewe, short for Chamber Crewe, was created to harness the energy of our next generation business leaders.  The purpose is to actively engage our younger professionals to become more involved in the Galveston business community as well as the Chamber of Commerce.

The C-Crewe is approaching its one year anniversary, yet the program has already been recognized at the state level as the "Best New Chamber of Commerce Program for Community Development" by the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives.  This group has become a model for other Chambers to follow.

I would like to encourage you to make sure your company is represented in the C-Crewe.  Please contact me for more information!

Sincerely,

Erin M. Kay
Membership Development Director
