GALVESTON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Promoting and Advocating for Business since 1845

Volume 2, Issue 10

March 21, 2011

Dear Chamber Member,

Don't miss out on opportunities to network that you may not have considered in the past.  In these difficult economic times, businesses must get creative about ways they can gain exposure without breaking the bank.

When was the last time you attended a Galveston Chamber ribbon cutting?  Ribbon cutting ceremonies are a wonderful time to make connections with new prospective clients while also learning about their business, AND it is FREE to attend.  Keep a watchful eye on your email inbox for Galveston Chamber ribbon cutting announcements.

Just in case you didn't already know, any employee of a Galveston Chamber member business can represent that business at a Galveston Chamber function.  When it feels too overwhelming to try to attend all of our functions, divide and conquer!

Sincerely,

Erin M. Kay
Membership Development Director
