Warm Greetings from all of us at BYW!
Summer is in full swing, and the yoga studio is full of energy and life! Everyone seems happier when the sun comes out! Being hot yoga lovers we have a definite penchant for summer. After class it is wonderfully refreshing to step outside into a warm summer breeze! We are gearing up for the fall and need to do some minor renovating at the studio! BYW will be closed August 27th - 30th for cleaning, maintenance and renos. We will be providing child-minding for some of our classes in the fall! More about that coming in our next newsletter. Jan Wilson will be teaching Anatomy for Yoga for our teachers and members - two classes in total Sept 29th & Oct 13th. On July 15th (Free Day) we launched our Strength Training Circuits with Kyla Kowalchuk. Those of us who are doing circuits regularly now already notice what it's doing for our yoga practice and how it compliments the yoga. Yoga and weight training is a great combination! Do you love children and have some extra time during the week?
BYW is presently seeking an experienced mature individual to do child-minding on site at the studio 2 to 3 times/week for 2 hours at a time. Please submit your resume attention to Jacqueline at: yoga@bikramwestshore.com
