TOM COCHRANE and RED RIDER headlined with the EDMONTON
SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA under the direction of GEORGE BLONDHEIM
in what has been hailed as the best Chamber Ball in its history.
AXE Productions led the way with production, which included the largest
stage ever mounted in the 12 year history of the event. The event celebrated
outgoing Chair Bernie Kollman and incoming Chair Ken Barry (RGO Office
Products). Among the star studded night was Premier Alison Redford.
John and Bunny Ferguson were honoured with the Northern Lights Award
of Distinction. Chamber CEO Martin Salloum handled the hosting duties
with his usual 'keep-it-moving' style which included the traditional CLOP
(a single clap for each special guest mentioned).
Trixstar Productions took care of artist arrangements and handling led by
Mike Anderson.
