FREEZING MAN FESTIVAL 2011 
EDMONTON EXPO CENTRE IN FEB
AXE IS TAPPED FOR PRODUCTION
 
Freezing Man Festival 2011 is the first ever Great Northern Cities Winter Festival of electronic & alternative music in Canada. Taking place at the Northlands Expo Centre in Edmonton, AB, Freezing Man Festival will combine live music, DJs, winter sports, and fashion.

 

Confirmed to appear are Chromeo, Broken Social Scene, Kaskade, Stars, K-OS, Major Lazer, Dragonette and Shout Out Out Out Out along with many local artists and some surprises to be announced.
 

The Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and its CEO Martin Salloum breathed life into Freezing Man and are co-producing the event. As the urban center of Canada's north, we aim to help enhance its appeal as a winter destination. AXE PRODUCTIONS GOES TO INUVIK - German Company taps AXE for special event

Fulda of Germany, a major tire manufacturer, found AXE Productions via our website for a special event in Inuvik.  As part of the annual Fulda Challenge, Fulda will be unveiling a new summer tire in front of less than 100 people including international journalists.  At the same time, independent German film producer, Mark Reuters of WFL Media, will be producing a documentary covering the entire process from Edmonton to Inuvik.  The doc will air on the RTL Network in Germany.
