Celebrate Earth Day in Gwinnett County - April 14th. |  Come celebrate Earth Day with the Gwinnett County Solid Waste Division on Saturday, April 14 from noon to 2:00pm at Coolray Field, home of the Gwinnett Braves. This free event will feature paper shredding, household battery and paint collection (limit 5 one-gallon cans per vehicle; dried-up paint is acceptable) kids' activities, and more! |

Education City |
 This is an online software program (www.educationcity.com) that targets Georgia learning standards in the areas of Math, Language Arts, and Science. Students work on creative activities that teach them needed academic strands at the same time. The children love this software! Home licenses usually cost around $75 for a year but through Brookwood Elementary you can purchase a home license for $10 for one child plus $5 for each additional child in the same family.
