As your student prepares for the 2012-2013 academic year, consider his or her opportunities to study abroad through a Winter Term, Spring Semester or Spring-into-Summer Program. You may find the next few months, before the academic year begins, a good time to help your student prepare for international travel. Below is a sneak peek at the destination and course offerings and important dates for your calendar. As noted, more information will be available in August.

Important!

U.S. Passport Renewal: Now is a good time to check student passports and expiration dates. A passport should be renewed approximately nine months prior to expiration. Some countries require that a passport be valid at least six months beyond the end date of a trip. If you are planning for Winter Term, passports cannot expire prior to August 1, 2013. Renew now! If your student does not have a passport, apply now to ensure documents are in order for program applications.

Registration Deadline for Winter Term 2013: Late September (More information will be announced.)

Winter Term 2013: Wednesday, January 2-Friday, January 25
