| Just ASC! Quick Tip | |
Share Your Outlook Calendar | | Do others need to be able to see more than just "busy" time in your Outlook calendar? If someone needs to view items on your Outlook calendar, you can easily share your calendar with anyone in your organization.
When viewing your calendar in Outlook, in the Navigation pane on the left side of the window, click the "Share My Calendar..." link. This will open a new email message. Address the message to anyone in your organization who needs to be able to view your calendar. If you would also like to view their calendar, check the box to "Request permission to view recipient's Calendar," then send the message.
The recipient will receive a message with a link allowing them to open your calendar. After they have viewed the calendar the first time, the calendar will automatically appear in the Navigation pane under "People's Calendars" where they can quickly toggle visibility.

Introducing Keith Pranger
Integration Consultant
Keith Pranger, Integration Consultant | Hello! My name is Keith Pranger and I have recently joined the ENS team as an Integration Consultant. My primary responsibility is to provide support for new and existing voice and data networks. I bring to ENS over 15 years of experience in the communications field.
My career began after I graduated from high school and enlisted in the U.S. Navy. While in the Navy, I received valuable training and experience which has been very useful in my career. After the Navy, I have been employed as a technician/engineer where I have worked on a variety of phone systems and data networks. I enjoy working in this field and being around the latest and greatest that technology has to offer, which I certainly have found here at ENS.
I am blessed with a wonderful wife and five beautiful children. We enjoy family activities and going on dates when we can line up a baby sitter!
I look forward to working with you and supporting your future needs! |

Microsoft Office Certification
Microsoft Office Specialist Exams for Office 2010 On June 28, Certiport announced the availability of the Microsoft Office Specialist 2010 (MOS 2010) certification program. MOS is the world's most recognized information worker certification program, accounting for over 1 million certification exams annually. It validates the desktop computing skills needed for today's information workers to use the full features and functionality of the Office 2010 suite.
Products included in the MOS 2010 program include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Project, and SharePoint. There are three certification levels: Specialist, Expert, and Master. The Word and Excel core exams were released June 30, and additional exams will be released over the summer and fall of 2010. Exams use a "live application" technology where candidates perform hands-on tasks in the specific application.
On June 2, the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) program for Office 2007 was renamed Microsoft Office Specialist 2007 (MOS 2007). Seventy percent of today's Microsoft Office users are working with Office 2007 applications. MOS 2007 will continue to give individuals the tools to distinguish themselves, achieve more, and advance in today's competitive professional environment.
To learn more about MOS certification, visit the Certiport web site or contact ENS. |
