Out of Office
Assistant | | If you are using Outlook 2007 or 2010, Microsoft has added two great features to help you with automatic replies to messages.
To access this feature, from the main Outlook window, click the Tools menu and select Out of Office Assistant.
NEW: When choosing to send auto-replies, you can now specify the starting and ending dates/times. Check the box for "Only send during this time range" to activate this feature.
NEW: You can now send different messages to internal vs. external senders. Type the message you want to use for internal senders on the "Inside Your Organization" tab. If you want to send a different message to external senders, click the "Outside My Organization" tab and check the box to "Auto-reply to people outside my organization," then type your message for external senders.
Note: The Out of Office Assistant is only available if you are connected to an Exchange server account.

The Site Member course may be taken separately or in combination with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007: Site Owner ( MS-SP-PSO-MS).
