Quick Tip
Quickly Analyze Data  with Status Bar Formulas
The status bar in Excel can display valuable information for you. It includes an automatic calculator as well.
 
Select a range of cells (two or more) and look at the status bar near the lower right corner of Excel.
 
If your range contains just text, you will see only the Count formula displayed. If your range contains both text and numbers or just numbers, several formulas may appear:
 
Sum
Average
Minimum
Maximum
Count
Numerical Count
 
To control which formulas display, right click the status bar message area and toggle on/off your selected formulas.

Introducing Ben Freistroffer
Account Manager

Ben Freistroffer, Account ManagerMy name is Ben Freistroffer and I am very excited to join the ENS sales team as an Account Manager. For the past seven years I have had the opportunity to work with companies of all shapes and sizes in a technology solutions capacity. My ultimate goal is to help my clients utilize their existing technology resources as well as leverage new ones to maximize efficiency, increase profitability, and help put them in the best position to achieve their goals.

 

Originally from Fort Wayne, I have lived in Indianapolis for the past 11 years. I am a married father of a 9-month old little girl who keeps her parents on their toes every day. My family and I are very much looking forward to returning to the Fort Wayne area and are so excited for this new adventure in front of us!

 

I love working in the technology industry because it is fast paced and ever changing. There is always something new and cool to learn about and share with my customers. I look forward to meeting with ENS clients and helping them achieve their business goals by leveraging information technology assets. Let us show you how our industry experience and passion for customer service can help you make the most out of your technology investment!

Adobe Creative Suite CS5 
CS5 now shipping 
The newest version of Adobe Creative Suite, CS5, began shipping to customers this month. New features available in CS5 include: 
  • Photoshop: Improved selection tools, enhanced retouching tools, easier 3-D extrusions, and upgrades to Camera Raw and Bridge
  • Flash Catalyst: Interactive content without writing code
  • Dreamweaver: Support for HTML 5 and more efficient CSS-based design
  • Illustrator: Improved vector drawing with real-world brush strokes 
  • InDesign: Simplified object selection, support for multiple page sizes in a single file, and enhanced e-book document design
  • Adobe BrowserLab: Efficiently preview web pages on multiple browsers and operating systems

Cloud Computing
Microsoft has increased their cloud computing offerings with the Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS), a set of hosted messaging and collaboration solutions consisting of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Office Live Meeting, and Office Communications Online, as well as Office 2010 Web Apps (available in June).
