| Want your column labels to print at the top of every page?
Activate the Page Layout tab on the Ribbon bar and click Print Titles in the Page Setup group. In the dialog box that opens, enter the rows that contain the column labels in the "Rows to repeat at top" box.
For example, to have column labels in rows 2 and 3 repeat at the top of every page, enter $2:$3.

Is Your Operating System Up To Date?
End of support for Windows XP SP2, Windows 2000, and Windows Vista RTM
If you haven't already upgraded to Windows 7, now is the time to do so. Microsoft support for the Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2) and Windows 2000 operating systems will end July 13, 2010, and support for the Windows Vista Release to Manufacturing (RTM) operating system will end April 13, 2010.
 A recent white paper released by Janco Associates reports that Windows 7 already has 12% of the OS market share less than seven months after its release. Janco CEO Victor Janulaitis said, "The last time that an OS was accepted as quickly the market was XP. Vista's market share has peaked and is in the process of being decommissioned in most enterprises."
Don't wait until support for your operating system is no longer available.
