This letter is my way of keeping in touch with the clients who have been so important to me over the years.....The renderings you see above were done for the City of South San Francisco, and for my client, Van Meter Williams Pollack, Architects who did the design work for the City.  The design includes streetscape improvements, better pedestrian circulation, more efficient parking schemes, a new walking-only restaurant district, and many vacant lot infill projects to reinforce the downtown fabric of this ever-expanding community....Collaborating over the years on many Bay Area urban renewal projects, VMWP and I enjoy a great working relationship, making use of their design skills and my architectural background....Architects are the core of my clientele, and always will be....Please stay in touch and, of course, feel free to contact me at any time should you have any illustration needs.....
