This Easter Sunday morning we will be preparing bag lunches for the homeless during
coffee fellowship at 10:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall. We want to set a record and prepare160 bag lunches in 15 minutes. This is not a speed relay but a fulfillment of the saying, Many hands make the task go by quickly.
Help us meet the challenge of preparing the bag lunches in 15 minutes or less. The coordinator for this ministry is Jennifer Huneycutt, and she will be happy to answer any questions you have. Please e-mail Jennifer if you would like to contribute food for the bag lunches.
Hot Meal to be served April 28

Reveille's Got Talent!
Of course, you already knew that, so let's see what our young people can do.
Reveille's age-level ministries team will present the very first Reveille's Got Talent night after the Wonderful Wednesday dinner on Wednesday, May 4. If your child or youth would like to show his or her stuff, e-mail Karen Davis or call her at 651-8576.
We want to keep the program to 45 minutes, so we will have to limit the number of performers. There will be no judging, no prizes, no being voted off. This is just for fun and entertainment. It will allow our children to show us what they can do in a relaxed, supportive, and fun setting.
When registering, please provide the following information:
- Name of performer
- Age
- Home Phone #
- E-mail Address of parent
- What performer will do
- Duration of the performance
- Any special notes or comments for the introduction
If this is a music performance, please provide the following information:
- Instrument (if any)
- How long he/she has studied that instrument
- Title he/she will perform
- Composer/arranger of the music
The age-level ministries team welcomes your help with this program. Please contact Karen Davis (contact information above) to volunteer.

A New Home for Reveille's Chapel Pews
The congregation of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, located in Matoaca, Virginia, is pleased to be receiving the pews from the Reveille chapel. The pews currently in use at Wesley are old and worn out, so this gift of the chapel pews from Reveille is quite welcome and is an example of how our connectional system works: One church helping another.
Members of the congregation at Wesley Chapel will pick up the pews the week after Easter.
