Alpha

It's not too late: You can still participate in Alpha

Alpha is a ten-week opportunity to explore the meaning of life and the Christian faith.  Weekly, Alpha guests gather for a meal, worship, a talk, and small group discussion.  We are living out the Christian faith as Alpha seeks to answer the questions of life and faith in a warm and accepting atmosphere.

Excitement was in the air for the first session of Alpha on February 22. Joining us were church members, friends and family of members, those who have been participating in worship at Reveille, and those who have heard about Alpha but had no previous connection to Reveille.

Alpha meets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday nights. It is not too late to participate; you can still join us this coming Tuesday night, March 1.  You may register by calling the church office at 359-6041.  Child care will be provided.

For answers to your questions, please contact Burdette Robinson, Alpha Coordinator, or Carol Uzzle, Minister for Teaching and Learning. Carol may also be reached by phone at 359-6041, ext. 117.

Believing God offered as Wednesday evening study

Originating from a concept introduced in Isaiah 43:10, Believing God examines what it means to believe God rather than only believe in God. Participants study the lives of Abraham and others from Hebrews 11 as examples of people who believed God.

Please join us for a 10-week Beth Moore Bible Study, which will meet from March 23 to May 25, 6:45 to 8:45 p.m. Child care will be provided. To register, e-mail Carol Uzzle or call 359-6041, ext. 117, or you may register online.
