Water-Conserving Showerheads



EcoHome Magazine recently reviewed several new showerhead models in the EPA's new WaterSense program. Each of the showerheads must produce a "satisfactory amount of deluge" but still remain within the water conservation guidelines of the program -- by not exceeding a "maximum rate of 2 gallons per minute." This site is designed to create a conversation about ideas an options for the former Goodrich Lumber property on Railroad Avenue in Duxbury, Mass.

A growing number of residents have suggested that it would be a perfect place for an indoor sports complex. There are lots of positives associated with this idea.

Duxbury has a reputation for excellence in sports. An indoor facility close to the schools could enhance this reputation and provide the opportunity to practice throughout the year.

The current building is structurally sound and could be re-purposed for this facility."
