@home: Social network for historic homes launched

A new online social network -- much like Facebook but catered towards owners and lovers of historic homes -- was recently launched in the US. The customizable profile allows users to show off their historic home as well as update other users about the status of their preservation efforts. The oldest home featured on the website was built in 1681 in Wakefield with still-intact period fireplaces and woodwork.
