Lelis Pond, Senior Financial Associate at RBC Wealth Management, is originally from Northern Virginia and has lived in Virginia Beach for over 15 years.  She with her husband Mark Pond, Senior Vice President and Branch Director, work as a team at RBC Wealth Management.  Lelis started at First Investors Mutual Funds in 1973 and together with Mark they have over 40 years of investment experience.  Lelis has seven children with the "baby" graduating high school this year.  Lelis is active in the community and enjoys spending time with her ever-growing family.
