Fall 2010
Hamline School of Business

The fall series of professional development seminars at the Minneapolis location continues with two upcoming session.  Each session is designed to address challenges facing organizations in today's new economy.

Next in the series (Sept 29) is Project Management for Executives: Become the Catalyst for Project Success.  This second seminar provides upper level management and executives the information they need to provide visionary leadership for their project teams.  Attendees will understand how best practices fuel consistency in delivering quality products and solutions on time, within budget and ahead of the competition.

Then (Oct. 14) we will host Donor Engagement: Leveraging Resources to Get, Keep and Grow Prospects. This seminar focuses on how organizations can prepare better for prospect development during the 'New Normal' of reduced budgets.  The main point of this seminar is to enable participants to create consistent and repeatable operations to organize their strategy around the voice of the donor.
