Students Have A Sweet Tooth? HSB has the Answer
HSB undergraduate student Mallory Poplaski endeavors to start her own bakery one day. The young entrepreneur got her start on May 13 by bringing cupcakes to both of Dr. Karen Somerville's Strategic Management sections. This end of the term celebration combined Mallory's entrepreneurial spirit, her year of culinary school, and her many years of baking with her mother and grandmother. Mallory returns home to Littleton, Colorado for the summer next week, but she would accept e-mails from any instructors who want to treat their students as the year ends. Beyond cupcakes, Mallory specializes in specialty cakes and treats.
