An International Seminar Teaser . . .
Not all the details have been confirmed, but the School of Business wants to get the word out about two international seminars for Fall 2010. The first will be a return to China. The 2009 China seminar was enjoyed by nearly 30 students. For now, the course limit is 15. Watch for more information on curriculum and travel tweaks and improvements. The course will again be led by Dr. Karen Somerville. Upon returning to Hamline, a student from last year's group said
"Wow, what an eye-opening class/trip! China is an amazing country to study and visit from a business perspective. I wouldn't trade that experience for anything."
Also in Fall 2010, the School of Business is planning its first trip to India. The MBA faculty and curriculum committees have approved a November trip. This group will visit Delhi and Gurgaon and will be led by Dr. Dave Berg.
