End of Program Forms
 
Graduate students who are coming to the end of their time at Hamline should keep two forms in mind when registering for Capstone or declaring an intent to graduate.  The Capstone Form is completed in order to register for Capstone course. The Statement of Intent to Graduate Form is for all students who expect to graduate in academic year 2009-2010.  The intent to graduate form was due November 30, 2009.
