Ken Fox is on the Road Again to Teach Conflict Resolution and Negotiation 
 Bill Joynes
Ken Fox, HSB Associate Professor and Conflict Studies Director, will be teaching conflict theories and negotiation at Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao, Spain November 30 - December 4. This is part of a team-taught course on negotiation and dispute resolution practices for students in a European Union-sponsored Masters program on International Trade and Finance. Twenty-eight students selected from twenty countries around the world are participating in the year-long program.
Spring Registration 

Winter and Spring registration is open.  Early registration is encouraged.
 
Last week we told you about our Winter term offerings. The School of Business is offering three Winter courses.  These accelerated courses will meet over January and include Public Negotiation Skills Building, Certificate in HR Management, and Certificate in Public Affairs Management.
 

We are accepting applications for our MBA Modena, Italy spring international experience, several MBA electives are appearing very popular, and our Basics of Economics pre-req course is slated to start January 4!

Congratulations to Carolina Pflaumer

Master in Nonprofit Management student Carolina Pflaumer was recently named one of "25 on the Rise" by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  The 25 on the Rise Award recognizes 25 Latino men and women under the age of 40 who have demonstrated uncommon levels of dedication, enthusiasm and vision in their careers and the community. End of Program Forms
 
Graduate students who are coming to the end of their time at Hamline should keep two forms in mind when registering for Capstone or declaring an intent to graduate.  The Capstone Form is completed in order to register for Capstone course. 
The Statement of Intent to Graduate Form is for all students who expect to graduate in academic year 2009-2010.
