Holt Endowed Fellowship Announced

The HSB is proud to announce a new fellowship program that will give HSB students and faculty the opportunity for international travel and experience.  The Holt Fellowship was established by Ann E. Holt in honor of her parents, Darrel and Elizabeth Holt, both graduates of Hamline University.  The Holts' enthusiastic love of life-long learning and deep appreciation for ethical development and leadership are evident in the mission, vision, and values of the Holt Fellowship.

For more information about the Fellowship including eligibility requirements and application instructions, please visit the Holt Endowed Fellowship web site.

Interested in Ottawa, Summer 2009?

ModenaWe previously informed you about the Canadian Business, Government, and Nonprofit trip to Ottawa, Canada.  This international experience is open to all HSB graduate students.  Please read more about the course in the program flyer.  This program is especially important to Minnesotans as so much of our international trade is with our neighbor to the north.  This course will allow students to see how business, nonprofit, and government organizations operate in Canada's capital city.Modena

Interested students should confirm their intent to participate by submitting an application through the Office for Off Campus Programs at Hamline University as soon as possible.
Welcome New MBA Students!

The MBA program welcomed 59 new students this week as cohorts M11 and S10 formed and held their first classes.  Their 21 month journey begins just as our first MBA cohorts prepare to finish Module 4 and walk in commencement on May 23.  If paths should cross, I am sure cohorts M4, S1, and S2 would have more than a few helpful words of advice for our new group of MBA students.
