'Tis the season for new Olive Oil
The olive harvest is one of our favorite times of year in Tuscany. The air is filled with a strong, green vegetal perfume, the new oil is bright green. New green olive oilTasting the freshly pressed oil over warm toasted bread is just a slice of heaven!

Try bruschetta - lightly toasted bread is the perfect vehicle for tasting the peppery new oil and it goes great with some grilled sausages, white beans and a rustic red wine.
