Just a quick thanks for being in the Jenn Edden Coaching Community. I value your
time and am glad to be able to share of my common sense tips and insights.
This month's topic is a personal favorite and one that I know has contributed to my success
(and peace of mind) over the past 5 years.
Go with your GUT. When I ignore my gut feelings and do something anyway, I end up getting frustrated and annoyed with myself... can you relate? The non-gut decision usually ends up costing me time and money and even my health- 3 things I value highly in my life.
So whether you are making a decision in your business or what you want to eat today consider
this a reminder from me to you .... Go with your GUT!
GUT FEELINGS
earn their name
from the place in the body
where they reside- your solar
plexus- also known as your
SIMPLE GUT CLEANSING EXERCISE:
1. Take a deep breath into your belly.
2. On the exhale, pull your navel in toward your spine
so as to empty out completely before your next inhale.
When you empty completely, you release stagnant energy and
create more space to be filled with fresh, nourishing breath.
**TIP: The more you practice this simple, cleansing exercise,
the more clear and communicative your gut feelings will be and
the more comfortable you will feel acting on them!!
