 It feels like the school year is speeding by and summer will be here before we know it. We've got lots of resources to help you prepare for summer - camps, weekend events, and more. Check our Events Page and our Calendar for more great ideas. Camps are also on everyone's mind -- either Spring or Summer. Luckily, SFkids.org has the most comprehensive list of camps around. We love to hear from other parents with ideas about kid-friendly restaurants, activities, and more. We're also always looking for people to write feature articles. SFkids.org co-presents the short films program Do You See What I See? at the 54th San Francisco International Film Festival (April 21-May 5).
About Do You See What I See
Whether young or old, big or small, not everyone sees the world through the same lens. In this collection of shorts for all ages, an assorted cast of characters learns to adjust the focus and view themselves and others in unexpected new ways. Recommended for ages seven and up.

Earth Day Around the Bay | |
April 16:
- Earth Day on the Bay at Marine Science Institute. This all day event is filled with family-friendly events to help your family bond with San Francisco Bay, and the planet.
- Enjoy naturalist-led hikes across the costal hills, take part in stewardship projects and create your own Earth Day inspired arts and crafts
April 23:
- Crissy Field Earth Stroll and 10th Anniversary. Live animals, games, bike rodeo.
- Earth Day San Francisco! For kids of all ages. Held at Civic Center, 10am-6pm.

Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Children's Fund | |
Tuesday, May 10, 2011 5pm-7pm
City Hall, North Light Court
Over the past twenty years, the Children's Fund has grown to $50 million and is a core part of our city safety net and a national model. The Children's Fund dollars are what SFkids.org is funded from. This is a FREE, family-friendly community celebration! Children and young people especially welcome! Program begins promptly at 5:30pm.
