3Rs: The art of Reuse, Recycle, and Repurpose Waste management receptacles turned into art pieces! The re-imagined receptacles will be placed throughout the festival footprint in Point State Park, the Cultural District, and Hertz Gateway Center. Look for Sherry's receptacle (shown above), The Cardboard City.
