My Design philosophy
Art is the language of the soul. Words are not enough to describe what cannot be seen, but only sensed. Collage is a way to construct magical metaphors for what is felt on the deepest levels of experience. Art nourishes the soul as it allows it's free expression. This is love in action. It is also a path to connect with others in meaningful ways and thus create community. Repetitive actions are somehow meditative and unique; cutting, pasting, arranging, knitting, weaving together the images of which dreams are made.Collage...is painting your story using other people's images and sometimes your own. In so doing, we connect to that which Carl Jung called: The Collective Unconscious
The heart of compassion can see what the mind of knowledge cannot.
While the mind is blind, the soul is whole.
